A huge thank you to your team for the countless hours invested working with the SHI and ON24 team keeping everyone on track and ensuring any hiccups on the platform were fixed immediately as they came up. The Community Resource Center had the great pleasure of working with The Castle Group to facilitate a volunteer service project as part of Model N's (feel free to sub out the name here if you want anonymity) annual Rainmaker conference. More than 200 conference attendees came together to pack 1,400 Hygiene Kits in just 60 minutes! While this could certainly have been a logistical nightmare for our small team, The Castle Group provided a seamless and stress-free planning experience from start to finish. The Castle Group's Event Managers provided top notch logistical support and kept our planning process running smoothly with their excellent project management services. Thanks to the Castle Group, more than 1,400 students in Middle Tennessee have access to basic hygiene products this school year. We would work with The Castle Group again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to any organization in need of Marketing, PR, and Event support services!

Castle was an invaluable event partner and was instrumental in delivering our first-of-its-kind 200+ attendee VIP summit. The Castle Teams’ professionalism, dynamism and creativity culminated in an extraordinary experience for all attendees we at Novo Holdings were proud of. For many years the Access Tent team has worked along side The Castle Group. From large venues, basic parking lots, and event spaces that needed transformation, they control every aspect of the event and follow up every step of the way never losing sight of the clients needs, wants, and expectations. We would often meet with Castle on various events and wonder, how are they going to pull this off? Then every event and sequence of the production was fully handled! Their take-no-names mindset drives them to success and growth. We hope to work alongside Castle soon and will continue to work with them any chance we can.

With very short notice, Castle pulled together a flawless virtual forum for us with over 20 co-sponsors and two mayoral candidates. The PRIDE Coordination Core (Programs to Increase Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health Related Research) worked with The Castle Group to produce our 3-day annual scientific meeting.
