Internships have been part of our DNA since day one, with more than 150 students gaining hands-on experience in public relations, event management, marketing, and social media — growing their skills and contributing meaningfully to our team.

Where You’ll Work
You’ll be based in our company headquarters in Boston’s historic Charlestown Navy Yard.
When Internships Run
Castle internships run in the spring, summer, and fall—aligned with the academic calendar. Opportunities are available throughout the year depending on our team’s needs. Current openings:

How to Get Started
We welcome résumés from college juniors and seniors majoring in communications studies such as public relations, journalism, event management, hospitality, marketing, and social media.
