As with any business during this unprecedented time, we’ve been pivoting quickly and engaging clients in new ways to deliver the most informed and effective strategies. We’ve created a number of specialty services and content that we hope will be useful for organizations seeking new resources and fresh thinking.
In partnership with leading infectious disease experts, former CEOs of nationally-recognized hospitals, and a former United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs, we introduced the COVID-19 Crisis Response Task Force, which provides short- and long-term strategic communications counsel, medical strategy and expertise, and business direction related to COVID-19 to support business continuity planning.
On the events side of the house, in partnership with our long-time event production and technology collaborators MK3 Creative, we’ve introduced virtual event services, offering strategy, development and deployment for corporate meetings and conferences.
Events SVP Keri McIntosh recently authored two excellent blog posts on related topics: a meeting planner’s approach to COVID-19 and creating connecting through virtual events.
In addition, we released our free, downloadable e-book on crisis communications strategies informed by decades of managing high-profile issues across the country. The e-book offers insights on how to communicate clearly, quickly and effectively, especially in this rapidly changing environment.
