For many years the Access Tent team has worked along side The Castle Group. The PRIDE Coordination Core (Programs to Increase Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health Related Research) worked with The Castle Group to produce our 3-day annual scientific meeting. The Community Resource Center had the great pleasure of working with The Castle Group to facilitate a volunteer service project as part of Model N's (feel free to sub out the name here if you want anonymity) annual Rainmaker conference. More than 200 conference attendees came together to pack 1,400 Hygiene Kits in just 60 minutes! While this could certainly have been a logistical nightmare for our small team, The Castle Group provided a seamless and stress-free planning experience from start to finish. The Castle Group's Event Managers provided top notch logistical support and kept our planning process running smoothly with their excellent project management services. Thanks to the Castle Group, more than 1,400 students in Middle Tennessee have access to basic hygiene products this school year. We would work with The Castle Group again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to any organization in need of Marketing, PR, and Event support services!
