Castle addressed our organization on crisis communication best practices, providing real-world, industry-specific crisis examples that got our members thinking about the reality of different crisis situations they may face. Our members left with guidelines on what a crisis communication plan should include, action steps and best practices. It was a great session and the group really appreciated all the insight and expertise.
