I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday. The Governor was so grateful to be included and we look forward to visiting the Embrace for years to come. We know it was a labor of love and we appreciate all that you did to make the experience seamless for the Governor and our team.

I cannot say enough good things about The Castle Group. We consider them an extension of our in-house team, and they reach so many avenues that we would not ever possibly have tapped into on our own. I highly recommend them. They are thorough, creative, great communicators and follow up on EVERYTHING.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel.
