Castle is not just the best in Boston—they’re one of the best in the country. They are part of the fabric of our region and interwoven into so many diverse and critically important corporate, civic and nonprofit initiatives, organizations and relationships. I know Sandy and her team well, and for many years worked with them at The Base and now at Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Boston. They bring more than just expertise and relationships—they bring heart and passion for their clients that translate into results that surpass all of our expectations. They say you‘re known by the company you keep—there’s a reason Castle is at the center of some of the most influential folks around. They’re a strategic, action-oriented and really special group of professionals.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

The Castle Group knows how to "get it done" for their clients. They understand the BBJ audience and are always professional, whether interacting with our newsroom, our business office, or partnering at our events. They're a well-run business whose reputation and results speak volumes.

I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday.
