The Castle Group understands that true economic equality cannot be achieved without deep meaningful engagement. This is why we actively seek to forge relationships with stakeholders that also believe a more diverse economic ecosystem is a more successful economic ecosystem. Gender, race, ethnicity and sexual orientation should never be barriers to opportunities, and our support of a robust and equitable ecosystem is a vital step in the right direction. Supporting the development of early-stage start-ups in their incubation and acceleration phase, to helping pair founders of companies with mentors and connecting them to capital are some of the ways we seek to ensure impact. With plans to work with entities like MassChallenge, we aim to ensure the start-up space is diverse, equitable and Inclusive in all ways.

It’s great to have a partner who knows their field, listens, and knows us as well as you do. We could not have gotten through this situation without Castle’s help. Their counsel and guidance to develop and abide by a plan provided us with the best outcome possible for our organization.

When you call The Castle Group, you get results. We engaged Castle to help us broaden awareness about ISO New England because while everyone in New England uses electricity, not everyone knows there’s a power grid operator. They did the research, they created the campaign – We Are ISO New England – and they devised a strategic rollout on social media – while we reaped the benefits of a broader audience knowing not only about our company, but more importantly, about the people that work to keep the power flowing across the region. The We Are ISO New England campaign will serve us well into the future.

Because of Castle’s guidance, professionalism, vigilance and commitment, in working with me and my leadership team, our first virtual event ran smoothly from planning to execution. We are still getting feedback on the quality and effectiveness of the breakfast along with donations, for which we are grateful to the entire Castle team.
