Special thanks to Castle for being such great help in past weeks and especially in the past few days with the conference. It was reassuring to have you and amazing how professionally you handled everything. No question or request went unanswered even at the height of the event. Outstanding! Thank you again!

I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday. The Governor was so grateful to be included and we look forward to visiting the Embrace for years to come. We know it was a labor of love and we appreciate all that you did to make the experience seamless for the Governor and our team.

I cannot say enough good things about The Castle Group. We consider them an extension of our in-house team, and they reach so many avenues that we would not ever possibly have tapped into on our own. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Without The Castle Group’s expertise, so many of our community’s stories—like the one behind The Embrace—would not get the regional and national attention that they deserve. That’s why I’m so grateful for Sandy Lish, Wendy Spivak, and the entire Castle team for all of the work they do to highlight everything that makes Boston a city for everyone. We’re so grateful for everything The Castle Group has helped us accomplish so far, and we’re looking forward to our continued partnership.
