Kylie Lacerda, CMP

A planner to my core, I was destined for a career in events. I have always been excited by the process of planning and executing an event from start to finish. It begins with a vision, an idea, a dream; and, as a member of the Castle Events team, my job is to make that dream a reality.

I am a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and have worked in the events industry for more than twelve years. It has been my privilege to plan, create, and execute events for a myriad of different clients and organizations (and even for friends and family!). I approach each event with passion, creativity, and positive energy. Whether large or small, managing a successful event requires thorough and expert knowledge, strong organizational skills, problem identification and solving, clear communication, the ability to wear many hats and adapt to ever-changing circumstances, and a critical eye for details.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family (my pride and joy are our two children, McKenna and Mason) and friends, read, get lost in a good Netflix binge, and enjoy summer weekends at Duxbury Beach.
