As the Director of HR & Operations at Castle—and a SHRM-CP certified HR professional—I’m fortunate to help shape that experience every day.

No two days are ever the same, and that’s one of the things I love most about my role. I wear many hats, providing high-level cross-agency administrative and operational support, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and contributing to Castle’s marketing and new business efforts—among many other responsibilities. I’m often one of the first people new employees meet, and I truly enjoy introducing them to what makes Castle such a special place to work and helping create a positive experience from day one.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or chasing after my two boys—one a spirited toddler and the other growing faster than I’d like to admit. I’m also a Dunkin’ coffee loyalist (I quite literally don’t function without a Dunkin’ iced coffee), a horror movie aficionado, and, despite my husband’s allergies, still holding out hope that one day we’ll have a cat.
