At heart, more than anything, I am a people person. I’m passionate about creating a culture that encourages collaboration, boosts morale, promotes DE&I, and reinforces an organization’s mission and core values. As the Director of HR & Operations at Castle, I’m able to do just that.

Often serving as the first point of contact, I am eager to talk all things Castle and share my love and enthusiasm for the agency and our team of rock stars! I provide high-level cross-agency administrative and operational support, help manage the full employee life-cycle, support the agency’s marketing and new business efforts, and more.

Outside of work, you will find me binge-watching Netflix series and enjoying the occasional Thursday night bar trivia. More often than not, however, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends.
