That’s why I’m so grateful for Sandy Lish, Wendy Spivak, and the entire Castle team for all of the work they do to highlight everything that makes Boston a city for everyone. We’re so grateful for everything The Castle Group has helped us accomplish so far, and we’re looking forward to our continued partnership.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday.
