I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

I can’t thank your team enough for the wide variety of media opportunities which have taken place during the past month. You’ve helped us create a strong foundation on which to build during our 25th anniversary year. Your team hit it out of the park!

I know Sandy and her team well, and for many years worked with them at The Base and now at Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Boston. Thank you so much for hosting our students at The Castle Group! As always, you did a wonderful job planning the experience—our teens enjoyed themselves and learned a lot. We feel lucky to call Castle a long-time partner.

Working with Castle was both a wonderful and reassuring experience.
