I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

The Castle Group has been a wonderful partner to Boston Arts Academy and the Foundation – they were quick to get up to speed and added value right out of the gate. They used their experience and relationships to swiftly connect the dots between our goals and objectives and measurable results. Moreover, as an agency principal myself, my firm has had the opportunity to partner with them on behalf of shared clients and their work has been stellar. The focus on partnerships and building long-term relationships is central to their philosophy and service model.

I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday. The Governor was so grateful to be included and we look forward to visiting the Embrace for years to come. We know it was a labor of love and we appreciate all that you did to make the experience seamless for the Governor and our team.
