Abby Boudreau
I’ve always been known for finding a reason to plan an elaborate event, from a pajama tea party birthday in second grade to an Italian dinner party for my college roommates after returning from studying abroad. I just never realized I could turn that passion into a career.
WHY CASTLE
I appreciate how much the agency invests in its people. It shows up in how employees support one another, serve clients, and build relationships.
During my time at the University of Maine, I studied Marketing and Communication, and through my extracurricular activities, I found myself gravitating toward event-focused leadership roles. I’ve always loved seeing how behind-the-scenes details come together to create unforgettable experiences that feel effortless for everyone attending. After graduating in 2025, I took on a part-time role managing the social media and events calendar for a local co-op market, which only deepened my passion for event planning.
Today, my role at Castle feels like the perfect fit. I get to bring the same passion for planning that started with those childhood celebrations to a much larger scale, helping bring ideas to life for clients and attendees. Being able to contribute to that kind of impact is what inspires me every day.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, taking long walks, trying new recipes, or checking out a new coffee shop or workout class.
