I feel lucky to have experienced a wide range of events over the past few years. Although I was unsure whether this path would take me around the globe planning multi-day corporate conferences, or closer to home planning weddings and other small private events, I have always known that I wanted to pursue a career in events.

The reason that I was sure I wanted to be a part of this industry was due to the variety of ways events allow you to bring meaning to a person’s life. Event goals vary, but whether the event is raising funds for a worthy cause, honoring someone for their dedication to their job, or celebrating a major milestone, the pride I feel as an event wraps up is incomparable. I love seeing the team’s hard work come to fruition, despite any challenges thrown our way. The attention to detail, organization, and time that goes into executing an event are more than worth it in the end.

The event industry is ever growing and changing, and I am beyond excited to be a part of this journey at The Castle Group. Outside of my role as an Assistant Event Manager, I can be found relaxing at the beach, visiting my family’s lake house, or spending time with family and friends.
