At my core, I am a people person with a genuine passion for fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. I am dedicated to cultivating a culture that not only promotes collaboration and boosts morale but also champions diversity, equity, and inclusion—while always staying aligned with the organization’s mission and core values. As the Director of HR & Operations at Castle, I’m fortunate to be at the forefront of leading these initiatives every day.

I often serve as the first point of contact for many, and I truly enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for Castle and our incredible team. My role spans providing high-level cross-agency administrative and operational support, managing the full employee life-cycle, and contributing to the agency’s marketing and new business efforts—among many other responsibilities.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with family and friends, now enjoying life with my two sons—one a spirited toddler and the other growing fast before my eyes. I’m a Dunkin’ coffee enthusiast, a horror movie aficionado, and—despite my husband’s allergies—still holding out hope for a cat!
