For over 15 years I have had the pleasure of working with The Castle Group. It has been an enjoyable partnership with an experienced, professional, personable, and creative group. Their entire team exemplifies the best in the industry!

For nearly 30 years, The Castle Group has been a pillar of Boston, lifting up the stories that highlight the work of our people and communities, our local businesses and organizations. Without The Castle Group’s expertise, so many of our community’s stories—like the one behind The Embrace—would not get the regional and national attention that they deserve. That’s why I’m so grateful for Sandy Lish, Wendy Spivak, and the entire Castle team for all of the work they do to highlight everything that makes Boston a city for everyone. We’re so grateful for everything The Castle Group has helped us accomplish so far, and we’re looking forward to our continued partnership.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

The Castle Group has been a wonderful partner to Boston Arts Academy and the Foundation – they were quick to get up to speed and added value right out of the gate. They used their experience and relationships to swiftly connect the dots between our goals and objectives and measurable results. Moreover, as an agency principal myself, my firm has had the opportunity to partner with them on behalf of shared clients and their work has been stellar. The focus on partnerships and building long-term relationships is central to their philosophy and service model.

Special thanks to Castle for being such great help in past weeks and especially in the past few days with the conference.
