Working with Castle was both a wonderful and reassuring experience. As we, our team, were not experts in the event business, we really looked to Castle to guide our ideas, keep us on task and informed, and share their own recommendations. Their team consistently met us on all of these points with warmth and genuine friendliness. Our event was ultimately a success, and we fully recognize Castle’s dedication and expertise leading to this achievement. We look forward to working with them again!

Our good friends and partners at The Castle Group are the best of the best and have made a true impact at our organization. Cheers to them and especially the phenomenal Sandy Lish for her leadership and genuine commitment to drive change and promote equity. I love that Castle is always thinking about helping, supporting and leveraging us. That’s why we’re so happy to work and learn from them. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job The Castle Group does for us. The program is extremely successful for many reasons. Many of our top reps find a way to win each year, making it difficult to find new words of inspiration to say to this group. However, after three wonderful days where everything we needed was taken care of, I took the opportunity to remind this group how a customer should feel. Simply, a customer should feel the way we did during this program. If we stay focused on servicing our customers in the way that The Castle Group does, then we will continue to be successful.

For nearly 30 years, The Castle Group has been a pillar of Boston, lifting up the stories that highlight the work of our people and communities, our local businesses and organizations. Without The Castle Group’s expertise, so many of our community’s stories—like the one behind The Embrace—would not get the regional and national attention that they deserve. That’s why I’m so grateful for Sandy Lish, Wendy Spivak, and the entire Castle team for all of the work they do to highlight everything that makes Boston a city for everyone. We’re so grateful for everything The Castle Group has helped us accomplish so far, and we’re looking forward to our continued partnership.

I can’t thank your team enough for the wide variety of media opportunities which have taken place during the past month. You’ve helped us create a strong foundation on which to build during our 25th anniversary year. Your team hit it out of the park!

I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to create such a beautiful event yesterday. The Governor was so grateful to be included and we look forward to visiting the Embrace for years to come. We know it was a labor of love and we appreciate all that you did to make the experience seamless for the Governor and our team.
