Emma Braun

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I’ve had an interesting journey to lead me to The Castle Group. Even after obtaining a degree in graphic design, I always knew I wanted to try out a career in public relations. I started as a PR intern at a luxury skincare company before transitioning to a full-time role within a mid-sized agency in NYC. Only a few months later I found myself thrust into an entirely new industry – the film industry – where I worked on movie sets until finding my way to Boston and to Castle.

I’ve always loved the way PR allows me to connect with others and was especially drawn to Castle for its involvement with local and regional nonprofits. I see myself as a bridge between someone with an amazing product, service, or message and the rest of the world.

Outside of work, I would consider myself a bit of a movie buff, and I have a feeling all my friends would agree with me. When I’m not buried in the newest HBO series, you can find me reading mystery novels about academia (any The Secret History fans?), going for long walks around Southie or buying overpriced iced lattes with my roommate.
