Castle took Portions on the road, arranging meetings between Au Bon Pain’s executive chef and vice president of marketing with top consumer press. This introduction coincided with several casual and QSR brands introducing calorie-conscious or reduced-portion meals, including Taco Bell, TGI Friday’s and Quiznos.

Results: Two Associated Press articles, coverage in USA Today, Shape, Fitness, and the Washington Post and a feature on “The Today Show” with Health Magazine’s editor. Au Bon Pain was named “One of America’s Healthiest Restaurants” by Health Magazine and “#1 Concept” by Fast Casual Magazine.
