
CA, a leading information technology management company, wanted to increase revenues by sponsoring a sales contest for channel partner CDW.
Keeping CA’s objectives and budget in mind, Castle tailored a fun-filled, four-day exotic trip (the prize) that would inspire CDW sales teams to sell—and win—an amazing opportunity to “Relax with CA in Riviera Maya!” Castle's services included: site selection, pre-event marketing, website design and implementation, registration management, air and ground transportation, welcome events, on-site teambuilding and group activities, a final night gala and a post-event survey to measure ROI.

Results: Using online marketing tools geared towards “techies,” Castle was able to engage the sales reps and maintain their interest—and competitiveness— throughout the contest period. The contest fostered healthy in-house competition, the trip logistics went off without a hitch, and the CA/CDW team surpassed sales goals.
