You are responsive, quick, focused on the right things, ‘get us,’ take feedback well, and don’t waste time on formalities but spend time on the important things. We’ve been impressed by how quickly we were able to get to work, how quickly you turned things around, the quality of the work and how available you’ve been.

We offer our sincere gratitude to each member of Castle's crisis team for all of your efforts in responding to the many challenges facing our community during Covid-19. Each member of Castle displayed such strength and determination – your team set an extraordinary example of commitment, professionalism, and solidarity. Despite the physical and psychological exhaustion and the stress that must consume you, you have gone above and beyond to stay informed of constantly changing guidelines. The Board of Trustees greatly appreciates each of you.

Castle helped us focus on the not-so-pleasant reality that we need to be prepared to deal with crisis situations. The information that you provided was timely and very helpful in getting us to think proactively about how we would handle a social media crisis in real-time.
