Where would we be without our interns? We were all there once, looking for an opportunity to get some experience. And do they ever get it at The Castle Group.

Our paid interns learn the fundamentals of PR and events. Yes, there is the inevitable “grunt work” that is part of any job, but there is also the opportunity to learn from the best, and apply that learning in real-life situations. Our interns are part of our teams, they write, work with media, clients and vendors, help plan events and interact with management at all levels.

Many of our best interns have stayed on for two or more semesters and several have been hired as permanent employees. And while there isn’t always a permanent job opening when they graduate, we help our stars in their job searches and provide them with additional contacts. We’re proud to say that our paid intern program, which recruits from undergraduate and graduate programs across the country, has helped prepare talented grads for careers in some of the country’s best-known corporations and agencies.
