About Us: Castle Culture

Culture

A big part of creating great work is creating a great working environment. We like to have fun and put our creative talents to work inside the Castle as well, utilizing the best our idea-rich events and PR staff have to offer. From our ongoing themed happy hour series to our annual chili cook-off, there is no shortage of opportunity for employees to take part in the planning and participation of Castle events.

Other “Castle culture” occasions have included an ode to our beloved Red Sox, an annual bowling tournament and St. Patrick’s Day pub crawl through the heart of the Financial District.

Community

The Castle Group is known for its commitment to the community. "Community" includes both internal and external audiences. We work hard to build and develop our staff, and have a strong track record of developing leaders and promoting from within. Part of that development is encouraging our teams to become involved externally. Through defined Castle initiatives, such as reduced fee and pro bono client relationships, as well as opportunities to support other non-profits during Castle time and after hours through Castle sponsorship, nearly every staff member is involved in the community. We make sure that our employees know the value of building relationships in the community, and help them create their own networks by supporting their attendance at networking, educational, philanthropic and other events.

We integrate our clients into our nonprofit relationships, creating a ripple effect for those who want to get more involved in their communities and for the nonprofit partners who are interested in forging new relationships.

Castle executives speak to a range of audiences through panel participation – helping to educate others about the practice of public relations, events, nonprofit participation, supplier diversity, networking, and staff recruitment and retention.
